• What is coaching evolving into?
• Who inspires the inspirers?
• What are you creating/giving birth to?
• Friends or mooches?

Who is Invited:
Currently the Minnesota Coaches Association Seasoned Coaches Circle MCA SCC is made up of coaches who fill one or more of the following criteria:

• * Actively coached for five (5) or more years
• * ICF PCC credential
• * ICF MCC credential
• * IAC CC credential

The current make up of the group averages 7+ years of active coaching experience and about half are ICF PCC/MCC certified.

The MCA Seasoned Coaches Circle met for the second time on a cool April afternoon in Matthew Rochte’s inviting south Minneapolis living room. The purpose of the circle: to get at what well-established coaches, those who have been active in the profession five years or more–are thinking.

I left feeling like the circle had become a great cauldron of soup simmering on the fire of our col-lective stories, thinking and experience. I left nourished and full. I realized later I had taken the “phone off the hook” for a couple of hours, and in doing so I tapped into a deep wellspring of wisdom. . . .
